How Leaders Go Beyond Inclusion

Meeting the Needs of Students of All Abilities

Dr. Elise Frattura lead us in a day of professional learning on the topic of "How Leaders Go Beyond Inclusion: Meeting the Needs of Students of ALL Abilities". Dr. Frattura's research and findings provide background to support collaborative efforts of all leaders for the the success of all students. Also, she gave us practical ideas and examples that gave us an understanding of how to begin the discussions with leaders to create and sustain excellent, integrated, socially just schools and ensure success for all.

Dr. Frattura is an associate professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Dept. of Exceptional Education and Educational Administration, and an associate dean for the School of Education. She has worked with school districts across the country to assist administrators and teacher in developing proactive comprehensive organizational structures to better meet the individual needs of all learners.
